"DASHA" ke "DURDASHA"

Last Sunday i visited the historic Rani No Haziro, Badshah No Haziro @ Manekbaba,s Temple @ Manekchowk,  what i witnessed there was disturbing, historical monuments should be well maintained, It should be in good condition, but at the site the situation was different,

It seems that the neither archaeological department nor muslim board are interested in maintaining this beautiful monument.

 I urge my fellow photographers to capture such conditions and share as much as possible,  if we are fortunate and one the above mention authorities will start taking care of our monuments.

ILLUSION

As usual,  I was at THOL last week,  every time I visit THOL I never plan what I would like to capture, or which bird I want to capture as I have plenty of options available at THOL. Like every season (winters) I keep visiting THOL to watch migratory birds comes from the different part of the world,  and I just captured them and park the photos in my computer’s hard drive,  But this year I wanted to do something different and I thought of doing some theme based photography on wildlife, specifically on birds, and share it on social media through my blog. GOD LEAD US FROM DARKNESS TO LIGHT

तमसोमा ज्योतिर् गमय ।  ( Lead us from darkness to light) This shloka of Upnishad says Leads us from DARKNESS to LIGHT. It is very difficult for us to understand the whole Upnishad as they are very rare to find.   But we can have rich common (sorry, they are not common they are so meaningful, If one understands it... hear common means easily available) slokas available.   Hear i have posted a picture captured somewhere in outskirts of Ahmedabad last Saturday,  when i captured this image sun was about to set and the sunlight comes through subject (Plant as shown in the picture) which has created a picture, when i clicked it and the first thing stuck in my mind was the above mention Sloka from our ancient Upnishad.     The actual "MANTRA" is:- असतोमा सद्गमय । तमसोमा ज्योतिर् गमय । मृत्योर्मामृतं गमय ॥ ॐ शान्ति शान्ति शान्तिः ।। The Meaning of it is:- From ignorance, lead me to truth; From darkness, lead me to light; From death, lead me to
